My trip was a hard one and I was a bit scattered. Orlando had the patience of a saint with me and when I return this is the hotel I will frequent because of it. Courtesy that is extended to guests is an important feature and Orlando's courtesy and patience surpassed my espectations.

"Surprise gambling machines, I enjoyed"

My room was pretty clean, I think it would benefit from removing the carpet and putting in all tile or laminate floors. Carpets always feel disgusting. The shower was moldy in the corners, I think astronf cleaner and brush would fix. Bathroom was newer and very nice otherwise. Tons of shopping to choose from, is a nice area. Yes to family friendly.

Stayed for a night to be close for surgery at Loyola Maywood the next morning. Free parking was provided and staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean.
