Very comfortable, clean and quiet, but great location in the city centre close to great restaurants and bars and Luigia is an incredible host who does everything to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible . We can fully recommend this gem.

Property was very clean and the host was extremely hospitable. She made so much effort with making our stay comfortable and special for the children

Breakfast was available from various cafes via a voucher provided by the hotel. The first cafe was fine, no problem. Second cafe were rude and not hospitable.

Typical Italian breakfast at a caffe’ nearby. Excellent cappuccino and a very delicious cornetto. Service there was excellent. Very clean. Luiga was very accommodating, and very interested in seeing I had what I needed. The heating was very adequate. It was very quiet, no nighttime disturbances. Great location, walk to many sites, shops, cafes and the main piazza. The vendors were very accommodating.

Shower very small, however that is very typical of B & B’s in Italy.

I was a pilgrim on the via Appia / via Francigena and needed to book just a few hours in advance. I was welcomed with great hospitality.

It is a perfect accommodation - comfortable, centrally located and a very warm and friendly welcome with great recommendations for eating out. Thank you :)

The owner is amazing and so gracious! She handled every one of our questions and personally helped us out with parking and directions. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was beyond compare! A rare gem and definitely a top recommendation

Luisa was wonderful so kind. She picked us up at the station and dropped us on our return. She answered questions to help us find the local bus, always responding immediately to messages.She could not have done more. The room had a lovely basket of welcome chocolate and pastries and toiletries. It was a very good location, close to the castle in the centro storico.

Had difficulty signing into Wi-Fi with both devices.
