Great location, comfortable and quiet. Hosts were available for all questions and prepared a good breakfast.

No air condition

This was a great spot in the hills, very close to the village of Karyes, where we ate at a lovely restaurant and checked out the Sycamores of Menelaus. If we had had more time, we would have explored some of the many local trails in the area. Our hosts were very accommodating and provided excellent breakfast options. We were also pleased to meet the horses, cats and dogs who also make this place their home.

The mattresses were somewhat thin and on the firm side, which may be uncomfortable for some people.

The hotel is small, characterful and individual, set in a rural location that offers tranquility yet is only 5 minutes or so away from the main Tripoli to Sparta road. The breakfast buffet was simple in what is the quiet season but everything offered was tasty and of good quality. The owners, for whom this is a labour of love, look after guests in an old-fashioned Greek countryside way, without frills but to the point.

The bed could have been a touch softer, but was comfortable nevertheless.

Perfect place for nature lovers.

The location is good.

We were placed in a room without an air condition even though we have booked a room with air condition. We had to ask for it and changed room on the second day. The second room, we were placed in, had no refrigerator. The double bed has two single mattresses and not one big mattress. The owner smokes in the kitchen and the indoors dining room, while guests are having breakfast. The free roaming horses are aggressive and dangerous. I was attacked by one of them. The free roaming cats and dogs are in a very poor condition, they look very sick and they are starving.
