Morrena Lodge

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good comfortable rooms.

Little bit too far from main parque.

Our stay at Morrena Lodge was truly special. We were kindly upgraded to a bigger room shortly before arrival, which was such a lovely surprise. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and well appointed. We also had dinner at the lodge and really enjoyed the food, but it was the setting that felt like the real treasure - waking up to stunning views, including a white horse grazing nearby and even a rainbow in the morning, was almost magical. A peaceful and memorable place to stay.

The welcome from reception was exceptional - the information provided, the smile, the use of my name and advice... bravo! The food was very good and the service was thoroughly appreciated. We stayed in one of the pods outside and all was exactly as expected, perfect for two of us and very comfortable. I will add a photo (if it actually lets me upload) as people have commented that these are small - they are smaller than your average room but if you have ever stayed in what we in the UK call shepherd's huts (minus the kitchenette), you'll know what you are getting. If you travel with big luggage, for goodness sake get a room in the lodge - we travel with normal sized luggage with wheels, and we managed 3 nights perfectly as we used the lodge upstairs area for a very comfortable time when we didn't want to sleep. Please see the photo for proof and context as I feel some of these other reviews (which I read in detail) do not give a full picture. Thank you staff of Morrena Lodge, you rock! Pasamos una estadía maravillosa en nuestra luna de miel en esta cabaña en el río Serrano. Un lugar tranquilo, acogedor y rodeado de una naturaleza increíble, perfecto para desconectarse. Queremos agradecer especialmente a los dueños y a cada persona del equipo por hacer todo perfecto durante nuestra estadía. Su dedicación y amabilidad se notan en cada detalle. Saludos de Parma!

Habitación y baño amplios, pero en nuestro caso nos dieron una habitación montada como triple sin mesas de noche ni lamparitas en la cama de matrimonio. La ubicación es buena, cerca de la entrada de Río Serrano.

El desayuno es malísimo, con productos de muy baja calidad y muy mal atendido. Había cola para el café, para el pan, no reponían, un verdadero desastre. La cena con una carta corta y muy cara, y cuya calidad no se correspondía con esos precios. Si hay que pagar se paga pero por calidad. Un hotel muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Die Mädels von der Reception waren super. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert, ob es die Ausflugsplanung betraf oder eine spätere Mahlzeit nach Küchenschluss oder sogar die Besorgung von Kraftstoff für unseren Mietwagen

The staff was excellent and made the trip even more worthwhile!

It was a lovely hotel inside the park. Rooms were very nice and bed comfy. Could not fault the service of the staff. Valentina started keeping in touch even before we entered the park and was super helpful in advising us as to the places we were going to go to. Denise was lovely as was another young lady( apologies I forgot your name)

I felt it lacked the luxury for the price we paid. Some nice toiletries, a safe etc would have been a nice touch. Breakfast was adequate for the cost of the stay but I guess we paid to stay inside the park.

The customer service staffs are awesome especially Javiera and the other lady at the reception.
