MYThe whole experience could have been better if the place is well maintained. Can see the facilities is lack of proper management and hygiene is a concern to me. Bathroom: The bathroom is not clean and the water pressure is weird (low). Bedroom: No bin for stuff disposal. You can see people leaving their bag in car or outside the capsule during their stay. And the trash is just being leave outside. Facilities: Common share water boiler and pot that is moulded also rusted make me not confident to use. You can imagine.
MYWas there for 3 days 2 nights and had a good stay. Loved the friendly care taker/staff, she was super helpful and gave tips on the rainy day mosquitoes. She made sure the capsule was clean. All and all the place is a great escape from hustle and bustle of KL.
