MYMYMYThe concept is nice.
Very dirty the outside of the toilet bin got so much lizard poops .The table outside to chill also got bird poops.Supposedly clean it out or at least continuously check it before guess come .The staff say she is eating when we came check in .We came at 3pm .She can let us wait for her to finish eating.At least inform us earlier .The number is wirh her .So overrated this place.I got eye itching after the night stay.Why like this?The concept is nice but i am not sure why the maintenance is very bad especially cleanliness on some areas.They only clean places they want to clean hahahah.
MYLocation is very near the town. It's tucked right at the hillside area. Convenient access. It does not have a lot of units so you get a relatively peaceful retreat as it will not be crowded! Amenities are very sufficient, including well equipped & very functional shared bathroom/toilets, hot/cold water dispenser at the pantry, availability of barbacue rental services. Last but not least, the custodian who takes care of that place is amazing, friendly, helpful, and everything nice (the kind of staff any business owner is very blessed to have). We also happen to visit during Durian season, so we were able to enjoy absolutely delicious durians (bought from town) as well.
For the price we paid, nothing. It's one of the best value for money nature retreat you can find in Malaysia. We can't compare luxury forest retreats with this. Can't be paying motel price and expecting Marriott or Sheraton right?

Mosquitoes
MYLocation was alright... it can be a nice place IF the place is well-maintained. Staffs were friendly and quite helpful though.
the room that we book was full of small flying insects... I didn't think I could sleep in that room, so we paid extra and switch to the capsule. Inside the capsule was alright, but outside, it was badly maintained, full of mosquitoes, I just went to brush my teeth and came back with like over dozens of mosquito bites on my legs and arms. there's no heater in the shower, so we can only shower with cold water.
MYI came back here as I had a good memory of this place in 4 yrs ago, but the place is run down, not maintained properly, disappointed as I brought some friends here too . I will not visit here again
