Roami at 250 Collins

This was the perfect location. The elevator was broken which made for several trips up 3 floors difficult. Not to mention parking is not ideal. I literally paid about $75 a day. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Fantastic property, apartments are spacious and very clean. Appreciated the good communication, easy check-in, stocked kitchens, and washer/dryer. Best property in South Beach!

Excellent value for money and quality. We got much more from this apartment than we expected. Excellent location (ocean, grocery store, restaurants, public transport, parking) everything you need is within walking distance. Very spacious, bright, cozy apartment, fully equipped kitchen, excellent soundproofing...) On the top floor of this house there is an outdoor pool and a pleasant relaxation area. There were small negative nuances, but they were so insignificant that they did not spoil the good impression of staying in this apartment. I confidently recommend this place for a vacation with family and friends.

The property is set in a great location. Everything fun is nearby walking distance. The unit had a washer/dryer, kitchen, everything I needed for my long term stay. The staff was great, helpful and attentive. I look forward to coming back and staying there.

Alleyway entrance door did not lock property leaving the property open to security issues.

Alot about this place will never stay there again

I like everything of the property. Communication was superb, the area was quite and safe to walk at all times. If I have to change anything, it would be the mattress and pillows, as it was uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, we also loved the pool.

One block from the beach! Very specious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Will be back.
