Very disappointing. Westlands lodge was dirty and smelly, the kitchen was particularly dirty, the bedding was stained, one blanket had crusts of what looked like blood, it had not been laundered. Did not offer value for money and did not feel Covid Safe. I had to clean on our arrival in order to feel that it was an acceptable level of hygeine for myself and my family. Information at the lodge was outdated, we had a problem with the smoke alarm and were unable to contact anyone. Very dissatisfied with the response of the property management when we raised these issues.
