We stayed in a two-bedroom villa at Mövenpick, and it was very comfortable for our family. The villa was spacious and cozy, with a private pool and a tropical shower, which were absolutely amazing. Everything felt private and relaxing. Breakfasts were tasty, and the hotel has two restaurants with good-quality food. However, the prices are quite high and the menu selection is limited — during our 11-day stay, many dishes were repeated. The private beach is very clean, calm, and perfect for families with children. The white bed linen was exceptional — soft, high-quality, and extremely comfortable. The staff were very polite and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised when they congratulated us on a recent birthday at check-in — a lovely personal touch. We also really enjoyed the Chocolate Hour, which was a great bonus. The SPA experience was absolutely wonderful. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and truly enjoyed our stay.

The only small downside we noticed was during breakfast. The staff member who greets guests in the morning and asks for the villa number often had a very cold and unwelcoming attitude. It sometimes made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were not welcome, which slightly affected our mood in the mornings. This is a small detail, but since breakfast is the first experience of the day, a warmer smile and friendlier approach would make a big difference.

Das Konzept vom Resort ist sehr gut man kann das ganze Besuchen und hat ein klein Tuk Tuk Waagen der einen von a nach B fährt. Das Essen ist super ausgewogen von asiatische zu europäischen bis zu indischen Küche ist alles dabei. Das Personal sehr gut geschult und auch pflichtbewusst. Sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer und der Ausblick waren super sauber und schön.

SCHADE war es das obwohl man in einem Luxus Resort war das vieles einfach immer wieder Extra kosten waren, was für uns leicht ungewöhnlich ist.

Gym

Hotel smelled of trash most of the time. We had 3 hotel rooms, each with it's own problems e.g. broken sockets, missing furniture, noisy fridge etc. My hotel room was grubby. After staying in 11 hotel rooms during my 3 week vacation in Vietnam, the Movenpick was very disappointing due to the fact that the rooms cost on average 8 times more than any other that I stayed in and represented extremely poor value. Staff were no where as near engaged with clients as they should be.

The only thing that made me unsatisfied is that sometimes it smelled of burnt animal skins in the air as if the wind was blowing from some factory
