Southholm

The location was very good.

None of the toilet and showers has the locks working and I have checked the feedback review back where one of the other family has provided the same feedback in April 2026 but nothing has been done to get that repaired. Which was disappointing, if there is a feedback book then each genuine feedback should be taken into consideration. Not enough portable room heaters. The bed heaters were not working in two rooms.

This place is amazing, with stunning views of the mountains and lake. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodates a large family. The fireplace and heat pump keep the living area warm and cosy, and the kitchen is well-equipped with great amenities. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The first night was particularly windy, and the master bedroom, being situated on the corner of the house, was quite noisy due to the strong wind.

Basic items such as cooking seasonings, plastic wrap or bags, a floor mop for the kitchen area, and a sufficient amount of dishwashing detergent were not provided.

就是找房子时差点错过

这是我们全程最贵的也是最满意的住宿。房子很大，设施齐全，有泡茶的有煲饭的有炒菜的。在这里做一桌子菜对着窗外美景喝着红酒实在人间幸事；当然泡壶茶窝在窗边的沙发里发呆也是非常惬意。也有洗衣服晾衣服的地方。房子到教堂、小镇中心需要开车几分钟，到约翰山可能要十分钟，走路十分钟左右可以到湖边。周围是安静的住宅区，周围美好而宁静。很高兴选择了这里。

如果有提供餐巾纸就好了

Good spaces with great kitchen facilities. Handy to have two lounge areas for a big group. Modern family home. Good laundry area. Lovely view. Fenced for young kids.

Nothing really. A small tidy up in the garage area would have made presentation perfect.
