"Good property once you reach"

very helpful and proactive seniors, catering services were good

it took more than 2 hrs to enter hotel on reaching Rishikesh due to traffic jams, which we are told are very often. There was no forewarning by hotel.

The views were wonderful. But the staff were exceptional, specially the restaurant staff. Mukesh and Chef Anil were extremely courteous and so engaging. They went over and above to make sure our stay was great and took care of all of our needs! They are an asset to Lemon tree!

The elevator was a mess! It took a very long time to work and then when it would show up, it would take us to a different direction instead of what we had pressed! eg: pressed for going up and it takes us down!

"Good for the zone.... Terrible for the rate"

Probably it can be one of the better (and best) options near the river, but $250 for a night make a real challenge for all details that aren't there. The restaurant is not good (specially the buffet) The hotel is dirty. They do not pick up room service trays that are outside rooms. Floors are dirty, etc. Specially the girls in the front desk have terrible attitude. The manager tries to handle everything in a really good mood, but this girls do not help him Bathrooms have terrible smell.
