"Overall a really great stay - would recommend!"

The location was great, with a cozy cafe nestled right by the entrance. Great looking apartment, really helpful customer support, and overall a quiet and peaceful spot.

An hour delay at check in, but customer support was really helpful and communicative once the issue was brought to their attention.

"Problems with check-in"

Location was very good.

Checkin was a joke. We declared beforehand that we wish to checkin between 15:00 and 16:00. We arrived earlier (around 14:15) but could not get info for over 1,5 h whether we can enter the room (everything was locked). Around 16:10 a lady came to say (via my Google Trabslate app) that she forgot the keys and has to go get them (extra 10 minutes). The number to an English speaking employee worked only the first time, then no one answered. So if you wish to checkin at a certain hour at this spot add +1h spare waiting time. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken + the toilet emits a loud noise after flushing. Our room had a miniture window overlooking a tavern, so just enough to get all the noise and almost no view. The location was very good and the price was ok, but I would not stay there for the second time and would not recommend it to friends.

"Perfect location in an historic building."

Great stay! Great communication with Catarina, our reception person. Close to the beautiful old part of the city without being in the middle of the fray. We had a lovely time.
