Non-refundable card fees of up to 2.8% apply for Amex, Visa, and Mastercard payments. Bookings made more than 30 days before arrival are charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% charged 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are charged in full at the time of booking. Where a refund is applicable in accordance with the cancellation policy, it will be processed within 7 days, less any non-refundable credit card fees.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A deposit may be required at the property.
