Apartamento Completo Maravall Centro

location is excellent. right by the beach in the old town close to all bars and shops

a broken fan in the living room and ceiling fans isn't what I call air conditioning.. could do with an up grade to full air con. for a group of 5 only 1 set of keys wasn't great, especially when having to go through 5 doors to get to the room. would benefit from a key card or added option of extra keys begs were uncomfortable and 1 in main bedroom had slats missing from under the mattress so had to move them around to make it sleepable keys are to be picked up from a kebab shop about 5-10 mins walk away up the hill.

Clean, spacious and centrally located. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchen was well equipped and looked fairly new. Plenty of electrical sockets for charging multiple devices. Comfortable beds. Close to Poniente beach and Old Town. The whole complex had lifts and ramps so very accessible.

No aircon so we needed windows open which meant it was noisy when bins were emptied in the early hours.

This property is in a perfect location. couple minute walk to the beach. The accommodation is extremely safe and very clean.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about this apartment.

Quiet residential area, near beach. Shops very close.

Very basic apartment, needs updating! Had to walk half way across Benidorm to collect key, apartment difficult to find!

Location is fine. At the start of Poniente beach but easy walk into Old Town.

Winter months No heating apart from a courtesy electric radiator that didn't look safe to use. (photo shown). Cleaning could be improved. Kitchen cabinets need a good clean as with other parts of the apartment.
