Was very clean.

I was woken up four times by a guest banging and shouting a name on my door, the bath room door in my room didn’t lock, the tv was wonky on the wall, the breakfast was cold when I left and told the receptionist what happened she replied “are you joking” and she said “it is the weekend” as if my experience was fine and she dismissed it.

Delicious breakfast, so much varied choice and topped up as soon as something was empty. Snacks available to buy in reception. Perfect room with everything you could need - fridge, kettle, toiletries, iron, USB plugs, hanging space, huge TV, large bed, room for cases, gorgeous bathroom!

The towels could have been bigger. Having to pay for parking. Shower heads needed a slightly clean - bit of pink mould beginning to show.

Large room, good shower. No dressing table though, so nowhere to sit and dry your hair or apply makeup. The seat there is looks like a desk as its under the tv rather than by a mirror.

Recently introduced parking charges. Totally unnecessary, the location of the hotel is on the outskirts of the town, as such the carpark space isn't used by shoppers etc. It's a large carpark and has never been even half full on any visit we've made. Unfortunately it feels like a total money making change.
