Hari Niwas - A Boutique Garden Resort Mount Abu

Very disappointing experience. The staff behavior was rude and unhelpful, the room was not clean or comfortable, and the facilities were poorly maintained. Overall, it was not worth the money at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Honestly, there was nothing about this place that I liked.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Hari Niwas Mount Abu. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, we were allotted a very small room with barely any space to move around comfortably. The washroom was also not clean, with hair and used tissues scattered, which was not acceptable. When we requested cleaning, we were informed that housekeeping services were available only once a day after 1 PM, which was inconvenient. We also requested a room change, but were told that it would require an additional charge as the room provided was under a discounted category. Due to these issues, our overall vacation experience was negatively affected. We eventually had to leave the hotel, and unfortunately, no refund was provided despite our concerns. I request you to kindly take this feedback seriously and take some serious action against them for a better experience for future guests.

Got a call from reception that they are cancelling the booking if advance isn’t paid before though it was confirme by site.

Location was good

Property was not cleaned and particularly toilet was very dirty. Photos of the property was earlier one not recent photos. It’s not showing what’s property current condition . Property was over charged.

They had construction work very loud lots of construction workers booing said no prepayment and they were asking me to deposit 50 percent and when I checked in at about 8 pm pressure me to have whole amount and when l gave them cash full amount no receipt record. Management is so poor bad food they have one person for kitchen running around over charged me for food and l argued with them overall bad customer service. The construction was so loud l had to leave the room to go nearby.

They had live music.
