It was quiet and friendly staff.

The room was clean and place was quiet

Stay for 4 days not once empty garbage in room or restock coffee

Very awesome

I found the front desk staff rude. When I asked for an extra towel she said she normally receives a towel in return, which I found weird because I was asking for more towels. The continental breakfast was lacking and when the coffee ran out the front desk person said that people can drink the coffee in their rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, though. I would stay here again.

Quiet place

Staff was very friendly

No elevator. We were there for 3 night and not once was the room cleaned or linens changed. When we checked in they said because we checked in through Expedia we were not initialed to the free breakfast. Also the TV did not work in our room when checked in but found and envelope from the cleaning service for a tip. Don’t no why they wanted a tip as nothing was done

We were charged a 35.0plus tax pet fee when we checked in. In our reservation with hotels.com it said in our booking that the pets (up to two) were supposed to have been included at no extra fee. Please return the 35.00 plus tax to our card
