"Bien, sans plus"

La proximité avec les transports et les commerces de proximité. Agréable d'être prévenus que la quantité de douche avant d'avoir à nouveau de l'eau chaude (15min) soit mentionné et pour éviter du gaspillage d'eau !

Le bruit incessant de la pompe à chaleur ou ventilation. Les vibrations (sonores) se ressentaient jusque dans le lit... pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain, très humide et l'eau sortait de la douche inondant la salle de bain. Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de couverts.

Appartamento con tutti gli accessori, veramente tutto. Persino ferro da stiro e mini asse. Doccia ampia, doccione grande! Terrazzo sul tetto con lettini. Zona centrale, pedonale. Ampia scelta per buone colazioni, pranzi veloci e/o cene più tipiche. Mini market, negozi di abbigliamento, di giocattoli. Comodo alla stazione: Barcellona raggiungibile in treno in 20 minuti (treni ogni mezzora circa).

No microonde, forno classico. Servono info per parcheggio.

La ubicación y la comodidad

La cama un poco incómoda y en el baño haría falta un calefactor, aunque hay máquina de calor en el apartamento, habría que dejar el baño abierto para que se calentara

Все чудово, місце розташування і наповнення апартаментів неймовірне!

Дуже велика проблема з тим щоб прийняти душ, вся вода витікає на підлогу і треба ще витрачати багато часу і рушників щоб витерти її.
