"The the cleansing in the room, really bad"

Hello, I’m writing to report an issue with the cleanliness of my room during my current stay at 7 Cedar Hotel. This morning, when I went to make coffee, I noticed the mug was very dirty, with a creamy, gooey residue inside. Additionally, the shower floor had two very dirty streaks, which made it unpleasant to use. I had to place a towel on the floor just to be able to stand while showering. I also noticed fingerprints and water spots on the clear glass surfaces. I mentioned these concerns on Friday to a staff member named Chad (I believe that was his name). I want to note that I have stayed here before and have always had a very pleasant experience. However, this time the room cleaning was noticeably below standard. I have taken photos to document these issues. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed promptly. They took about 3 day  later to contact me bout I was so so disappointment they offer basically nothings I will not go back  Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,Francisco Borja

"Refreshing stay."

7 Cedars resort was an exceptional property. Everything was absolutely clean and fresh. Not sure how new the place was but everything looked new. Rooms were spacious and top notch. After traveling all day it was so nice to relax.

We enjoyed a lovely night at this place. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the service was great. Had fun at the casino and enjoyed dinner at the restaurant as well

A must go. it's a great little get away anytime of the year. But Christmas time is a must for sure because of all the lights and decorations.

"Great Experience at 7 Cedars"

I was in Sequim for a business meeting for a couple of days. I was treated with respect by friendly staff who attempted to meet my needs in regard to a room location by asking me questions about what I wanted. It was one of the best experiences I have had in regard to a room assignment from any other hotel.
