Always clean and staff is very polite

Parking lot needed plowed earlier, got my car stuck trying to pull into a spot and had to shovel it out

Overall the hotel facility was acceptable and the room was adequate. The major issue was the freight trains rumbling by every 20 to 30 minutes along the south side of the building most of the day and night. The front desk informed us when we checked in, that train noise could be an issue, except they neglected to mention the frequency. Would definitely not use this hotel if traveling on business. Was difficult to sleep as well as stay in the room after we checked in because of the trains. We were on the extreme south end of the hotel, so it is not clear if the train noise would be as pervasive on the north end of the hotel, but if noise is potentially an issue for you, find another property.

I liked the whole vibe of the place. There were people watching football games in the lobby and it just seemed like the place to be!

The Fairfield Inn by Marriott in suburban Cleveland (Brooklyn, Ohio) was outstanding! The hotel opened on Spring of 2020, so it is relatively new. The hotel property was extremely clean and very well-appointed. We had reserved two rooms using our Marriott Bonvoy points. The reception desk attendant was very gracious and had two open suites. We were given 2 complimentary upgrades to suites on the third floor, both of which were stunning and had beautiful bathrooms. The breakfast spread, which was included in the price, was exceptional with many options. The price was VERY reasonable, and significantly lower than other Marriott properties. I have stayed in other Fairfield Inn, most recently in Youngstown, Ohio, and they have not been as nice. I will stay at this hotel again the next time I travel through the Cleveland area.

Rooms were nice and big and very clean. Very quiet even for a busy holiday week.

Unfortunately the pools heater still was not working after we were told it was fixed so my child didn’t really have a chance to use it as we hoped.

Breakfast buffet was very good. It was very clean. Staff was good.

Not enough towels. The room was very small. The chair in the room was uncomfortable. Did not like the shower. The pattern in the shower made us dizzy.

Check in was really easy and lobby/common areas were neat and well designed. The room is smallish but is nice.
