"Not happy"

Clean and comfortable

Booked 2 rooms. Have travelled all over the USA and other countries with my daughter and her friends and never had an issue. When we got to the hotel, the front desk person would not allow us to have the 2 rooms booked. Because my daughter and her 2 friends are 16. When asked about a roller bed, she only said maybe but made no attempt to get one. My daughter slept on the floor. The front desk staff needs to learn hospitality and not blunt. How to be nice and help with solutions rather than being rude.
