住宅街にありますので静かでよかったです マリンメッセへのアクセスも良好で助かりました

Location is very convenient for the International Conference Centre in Fukuoka. It is also a short 20 minute walk to get to the centre of Fukuoka.

It would have been better to pay the additional accommodation tax in advance of the stay to avoid complications at check-in, as this is a hotel with no staff in the building.

the pillow smelled. I want a detailed explanation for each room. I thought it had a kitchen, but it didn't.

飲食店は10分程歩かないと少ないが、周辺にコンビニがあるので助かった。 部屋は連泊すると清掃がないので、それを承知で宿泊するなら問題ないと思う。 テレビもYouTubeやNetflixなど見れてすごいと思った。 次回泊まる時は大人数で泊まれる4階の部屋に泊まってみたいです。

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Port and subway in walking distance.

The description said, there was a washing machine. In reality though it was missing. For us as a family with two kinds on a backpacker trip through Asia this information was crucial. I reclaimed the missing machine and was offered a new room. But as our stay was very short and this offer came the night before we left, I found this solution not satisfying.

Very spacious bathroom, quite new and high-tech. The mattresses are very comfortable and the living room area is also super nice

It is a good value for the price. The rooms were clean. There was a playground nearby and plenty of places within walking distance (The ferry port is a 10-15 minute walk away though).

It is an unmanned hotel, so I was hoping the response to communication would be quick. Prior to arriving I asked if breakfast was included in my reservation, but I didn’t get a response. Also, we could not get the terminal in our room to work so we could not access our room’s Wi-Fi, which was vital because we didn’t have SIM cards in Japan. I tried to get support from their website chat for the Wi-Fi but got an error message.

Beds were comfortable and good location

Sofa in the room was very small/low/uncomfortable, also there is no desk or chair. Check in on the tablet was kind of annoying and time consuming and you can't check in even 1 minute early. The toilet room has an automatic light so when you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom you have to deal with this very bright light.
