・無人なので気兼ねしない ・部屋と内装がきれい ・部屋が広くすごしやすい ・コンロや電子レンジ、洗濯機、バストイレ別など、設備が充実している ・以上の条件で、単身で非常に安価で宿泊できた

博多駅からの距離があるのに、22時までにチェックインしなければならない点。 チェックインし、荷物を置いて身支度してからお酒を飲みにいく、ということが難しい立地なので、もう少し遅くのチェックインを許容してほしい。
