Lovely homely place. Good location 30 min walk to town Very quiet with great views Fire was a bonus even in December

We love the home very much! Clean, spacious, comfortable and it has a lot of space for us to move around in the house! We had our first BBQ as well that kept us busy!

There's nothing from all of us dislike about this house.

"High Standard Property, checks all the boxes"

- Well-equipped and very well-kept. - Well-thought out cottage. - Very squeaky Bedroom door - Security: Very good - Very good & Secured WiFi

- Access to room includes some steps (Luggage). - "Tidy up the kitchen" instruction can be worded a bit differently (cannot remember exact wording). I am on holiday first of all and that's why I paid - doesn't mean I should leave a mess either though.

Ideal location, walking distance into Tekapo town or a short drive, great views of the lake, clean and comfortable.

Kitchen wasn't very well stocked - more utensils would have been ideal

"Big place with an amazing view, close to the township"

Amazing view and location. Lots of room and nice lounge area.

Bathrooms need a good clean, bit of black mould there. Otherwise the place was great.
