"Very good"

- location was near metro station - equip with in room wash and dry - came with a small kitchenette

- steep staircase to room - lack of instruction for use of appliances - some minor dents - microwave oven and humidifier could be cleaned more thoroughly

"Wonderful stay. Will stay again but only for short trips."

The location is very convenient. Very close to Fukuoka subway. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, including two convenience stores and one supermarket. 10 minutes walk to Tenjin. Spacious in Japan standards. Self check in and check out.

No spare toilet paper. Could’ve have a full length mirror.

"Really liked the room but service could be better"

Room was nice and clean and bigger than expected.

We only had less than one roll of toilet paper for 4 nights shared by 4 people. Ran out by day 3 and owner said we had to buy our own toilet paper.

"7 nights stay in Fukuoka"

Nothing to complain about the stay. Walkable distance to almost everything I need....subway, supermarket, cafe, 7-11 and plenty of restaurants. Room was clean with 2 TVs and a good size kitchen. One small window but at least it can be opened. Equipped with a washing machine was the best part on my 7 days stay with kids.

A bit dark with just only one small window.

Location was great, we had everything we needed, good layout of the room.

As we stayed for 9 nights some coat hangers/basket or shelves to put our clothes were missing. Would have been useful to have a chest of drawers or something.

"Everything is good enough but the beds are unclean, dont think we will come back."

Big enough, nice kitchen, nice bath, easy to check and have a packing just outside.

There are hairs on the bed when we check in…..so disgusting, we have to use our own sheets and never think it will happen before…..

location is good, close to station. With warmer in the bath room, can also dry clothes too!
