This was the 4th time I stayed here, and the last time (on 3rd time) i had issues with the shower, but I thought it would be better next time, but I believe it is time for me to see other options. This time I not only I had a bad experience with the shower, but the pillows were horrible as well. I asked to change them, but they never did. I can see the employees were tired or they just don't like their jobs. Very unfriendly people. The Hotel is located in a very nice place but I will not be staying here again.

Muy buen servicio del chico de la recepcion. Me gustaría que el estacionamiento al que llevan los coches estuviera cerca par yo estacionarlo y llevarme mis llaves

Location right on the zocalo

Old. Loud. Shower didn’t work. Switched rooms and still very noisy. Kitchen smells filled room.

The location is very nice. Smacked in the middle of it all. They have a restaurant on the first floor although a little pricier than other places around, but the food was delicious. Clean room with an everyday upkeep.

Unfortunately, they don't have their parking on site. Every time you want to have your vehicle parked or retrieved, you have to ask the staff members to go with you about a quarter mile to the parking lot. It did not bother us, but some people may find it annoying. The staff has no problem taking the walk anytime you ask, though.
