I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming (Dulce) was the one that welcome our family. They were always helpful, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The warm and positive attitude of the team truly made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay. Is also close to a lot of good things and good food. I would defiantly go back to the hotel with family or friends.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and attentive. I've travelled extensively and this team was among the best! I hope the company is treating these ladies well! The room was great as well. Excellent shower, AC and it was very quiet. The location was just a block off Plaza de Armas and in the middle of the historic city center, just minutes from everything.
