Neither of the televisions worked. The awning on the balcony did not work. The balcony door did not close properly meaning the apartment was unlocked at all times and could be accessed by adjoining balconies. We were told staff to take our valuables out of the apartment by staff as a solution.

Just one key, there was a locker for the key but would have prefered a second key. Check out was at 11, when asked for one hour later check out this would cost an additional 30 euros which i found quite a big amount for just one hour.

Hi! The only downside was the fact that weren’t enough towels for 2 adults and 2 children(we had only 2big and 2small/which is considered for 2people)&the bathroom wasn’t properly clean and the pipes brought a smell in the bathroom. Thank you!
