"Covered all my needs"

Free parking on site. Greeted by very lovely lady who provided exceptional service. I was attending Coldplay concert at Wembley, so used U3 bus to Uxbridge tube. Easy journey both ways. Room was tidy and just what I needed for an overnight stay.

I would have to be picky as it covered all my needs, perhaps milk in the room rather that all in a fridge downstairs would save a walk.

A very sweet and caring hostess !

Maybe 2 towels per guest could be better (one small for hand/hair + one big for body)
