The apartment and location by the beach, the facillties, the resort as total, the different restaurants, all the pools, the beach, very family friendly, comfortable beds and large showers:)

Great, but not superb service, not the superb 5star feeling we have had other places (towels, curtains, service, food, housekeeping, details), some language (english) difficulties.

This property is very beautiful! I enjoyed waking up early to catch the sunrise in our ocean view room. The room is very spacious and clean! The property had multiple restaurants with great food, a karaoke bar with live entertainment (which we loved), and so many pools! The staff was pleasant and checked on us daily! Mi, one of the managers was amazing! She helped with booking our dinner and amenity reservations daily! Thank you Mi! My boyfriend has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy and the hotel ensured that all the staff knew! Every restaurant we went to, the staff was already aware which made him feel at ease. During the middle of our stay, we decided to book another stay at this property to bring our family! We truly loved this place! We rate this property 10/10!

Лучший отель, в котором мы когда либо бывали. Номер в новейшем корпусе с прекрасной планировкой с двумя спальнями и двумя ванными комнатами, с большим балконом и видом на море. Нам нашей семье из трех человек, включая дочь-подростка подошел идеально. Изысканные завтраки: можно выбрать фуршет или а-ля-карт: много экзотических фруктов и вкуснейших блюд, в том числе и вьетнамской кухни. Огромная территория-сад с 12 бассейнами, спускающаяся террасами к морю. Чистый пляж с большим количеством зонтов и лежаков. Радушный клиентоориентированный персонал - от садовников и клинеров до менеджеров.

От главных многоэтажных корпусов, где мы жили, была довольно долгая извилистая по садам и мимо бассейнов дорога к морю. Хотелось бы иметь и прямой проход к нему. Цены на обед и ужин на мой взгляд завышены. Мы ездили 5 мин на такси в соседний поселок Cam Lam за реку, где были прекрасные рестораны с морепродуктами и с ценами в разы ниже.

조식 시간 붐비는 정도 심함. 근처 물가에 비해 많이 비싼 호텔 내 편의시설.

The facilities and grounds were amazing. The multiple pools and water park provided lots of activities for our child. Kids club and other activities were great. Spa and massage were heavenly, and the extra effort to accommodate children in the room made it all workable. Mostly we loved the staff, who were extremely helpful and caring (especially Ms Pham who made an extra effort, thank you!).

The food options were generally high in quality and variety. There could be more vegetarian options, or more flexibility in the menus, though the staff usually did everything they could to accommodate.
