It’s so beautiful and relaxing ☺️

Bar staff at the pools a bit slow they need more staff .

The resort has several pools and a splash park (which the kids loved) as well as a private section of beach with lifeguards. After dark, the sea is lit up by the fishing boats that move in for the night. The view from our 16th floor apartment was stunning with the whole of the resort below and the sea. The apartment was plenty big enough for our family of six and had a great wrap around balcony. There are several restaurants on the resort offering a good choice of cuisines so everyone should be able to find something they like. The choices for breakfast was amazing although I tended to stick with 'the full English'!

There really is nothing that we didn't like.

Reception staff, very helpful, beautiful hotel

The resort is beautiful, it has everything needed for a family vacation - variety of pools, a stunning beach, a nice kids club, a water park and other activities for kids The staff was very nice and helpful especially Nana that was super professional and friendly. The resort is very large and you need a club car to get from one point to another with kids, the service is very efficient. There is a nice variety of dining options with fair pricing for a resort of that standard.

1. While I understand the desire to make the all inclusive a more attractive option, I feel like too many things are not inclusive which usually resorts of this caliber offer for free like the farm visit for the kids, renting a basketball or tennis equipment, video games in the kids club etc. 2. It would be nice to have either coolers or iced water available for free at the pool, beach and waterpark. There is free water bottles in the room but it would be much more convenient to have it available where people spend long periods of time in very strong heat.

The front desk would not exchange dollars for Vietnamese money. They said the money looked too old

Front the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were fantastic, food options were delicious. Me who is in guest relations was efficient, going over and above to assist us Italian restaurant staff and food were delicious. Alma garden staff very friendly Reception on cocktail bar were lovely and always smiling. The property was kept in pristine condition and many workers were available Spa staff were lovely as was the sound healing session.

Could be more shade options by the pool either by artificial (sunshades) or natural (more trees) as you have a very hot climate. The wood on the walking areas is extremely hot, noticeable more at the splash park where you couldn't wear shoes in the lazy river and yet had to walk over the wood bridge - burnt feet. Also the stairs to the slides are metal and in the heat got quite warm - not great for little and older feet :-) Having to sign, and use wrist bands got confusing sometimes - I think signing for purchases is sufficient. Alma app didn't really allow to book anything so was just an information source. It would be nice if there were some local attractions close by, however didn't detract from our visit.
