It was very easy and fast!

The location was ideal for SouthSea front and the shops were close by. Gunwharf was an easy 20 minute walk. It was good that there were two bedrooms as this gave our son some privacy. Everything we needed was included and Charlotte was helpful.

TBH, this is a not a showstopper and would not put us off booking again, however the bathroom/wet room could have been better planned. You need to make sure you don't get carried away in the shower otherwise everything would be soaked. The squeegee provided does a reasonably good job of removing water from the floor to the drain, but I would suggest taking slippers with you otherwise you will have damp socks/feet if you go into the bathroom after someone has showered.

Loved our stay. Location was perfect with so much choice of great places to eat.

There are a few stairs to navigate but for us this wasn’t a problem. The layout was great and I loved the modern fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable with a choice of firm and soft pillows.

Amazing apartment. Best I've found in Portsmouth and will definitely be returning.

Parking can be tricky however it's not a deal breaker for us. We would have also liked an apartment with a bath but wasn't sure which apartment this was when we were booking but again not a deal breaker.

Spacious and very clean and comfortable.

Good heat. Close to Southsea shops. Had microwave and well appointed kitchen. Appreciated the visitor parking permits, which are a MUST in Portsmouth!

We were there two nights but did not shower because the bathroom was equipped with a "wet shower" - meaning we were supposed to shower in the middle of the bathroom, with no shower curtain nor a raised edge around the base of the shower. Water would have run everywhere! Also, we requested and were approved to check out an hour later than standard but when we returned from getting out car, the cleaning staff was already in our apt and said they had not been informed.

I'm disabled and need help to get up the stairs The stairs are too steep and I hurt my legs You need to tell people this or get a lift instead
