This large property is located in a residential subdivision about a five minute drive from the Balfour ferry. The owner was very professional and helpful. We had a beautiful and spacious room with high-quality linens, large TV (with satellite) and a comfortable bed. Our room had a fantastic view and the cost was very reasonable. We would certainly stay here again.

We booked our room online and then travelled 30 min from Nelson bc to the inn, just as we arrived there we received a phone call that they had booked the room already, it was late and we had travelled all day so it was not good for us
A hidden gem we've stayed at before. Close to the ferry & a short drive to Nelson. If you want to swim, fish, hike, bike or boat this place is close to it all. The owners are very friendly & super helpful. The accommodation is top rated with comfortable & spotless interior. You can sit outside your room & relax with spectacular lake views or practice your putting or badminton skills on the property.
Very clean, beautiful room! The back deck has a lovely view. Easy check in! Had a decent meal at the nearby Golf Course. Our room had a very comfortable mattress. Only suggestion, bring your own pillow if you can. A bit too thick for my wee neck. Would highly recommend!! Better than staying in a resort or hotel!
We stayed for 2 nights at Kootenay wild while visiting the Nelson area. Wish we could have stayed longer! 5 star all the way. Our room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Very quiet and bed was so comfortable. The owners have taken care of every detail to make your stay enjoyable. Highlight of our B.C. vacation!
