The hotel was amazing!!! The rooms are spacey and staff was very nice - the breakfast was great.

Everything was great with our stay- the amenities (gym, pool) were awesome and clean and the basketball court was a real bonus and rare in some of these hotels. The breakfast was perfect, a lot of selection so something for everyone! Our room was on the townesplace side- the beds were very comfortable and the kitchette was very practical. Decor is modern and new, very clean and spacious.. another bonus: Netflix!.. All very impressive, but the most impressive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff!!.. everyone we spoke to was ready to help in a friendly, hospitable manner.. especially Lisa at the front desk who continued to go above and beyond to help us whenever we needed.. we really appreciated that!

The room was laid out well with two queen beds separated by a half wall from a small galley type kitchen. We asked at check-in if there was ice on our floor and was told it was. We searched our room at length for an ice bucket and finally called the front desk and was told our room doesn’t come with an ice bucket! Why?… because our room had a small refrigerator with a freezer and (an empty) ice tray giving the occupants the capability of making ice! Could the front desk give us an ice bucket-(who would want to wait the several hours to freeze the ice cubes!?)- nope, the front desk doesn’t have ice buckets, BUT “we could find a bowl or pan from our room kitchen to get ice from the ice machine”. How ridiculous. And such a waste of our time after a long, tiring drive to get to this hotel. Boooo!!

Had to go one night with the dogs because of work on our house. It was comfortable and very clean. The front desk attendant gave us a great first floor room near the door so it was easy for the dogs to get in and out.

Room had disgusting shades and shower was falling apart! When asked for a different room manager on duty was rude even after showing pics of room. His reply to me was we’re working on it not sorry , the room should be taken out of service until repaired!!!!! Also first floor stunk like smoke!!! Second floor was clean and room was very nice! Breakfast was awesome !

We have stayed here before. It’s a nice clean place with good facilities. Must have been the location of our room but noticed significant road noise all the time which I had not noticed before. Brought a few maintenance issues to their attention most significantly a problem with the lock on the room door. The staff there is always pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is nice and well monitored and maintained

This freshly renovated property is nice, but a few things were missed. The noises that come through doors, windows and floor/ceiling were what i eould expect in an old hotel. The window coverings don't block the sun in the morning well at all. The breakfast was nice.

I had took pictures and showed the front desk clerk he did nothing but offer a room change then when we went to the next room nothing worked. It was like musical rooms. They didn’t offer a refund and mind you we stayed there for 2 days and was not in comfort at all.
