Location and the staff

Too expensive we paid 350 dollar for one night. Dirty sink removed the pit full of hair, behind the fridge lots of dust found out when I plugged the coffee machine

"This hotel is perfect."

We went to Bandera for two nights but kept adding a night until we were there a week. This modest hotel is exceptionally clean, safe, and well maintained. Each and every staff person we encountered was friendly, helpful, engaging, and hard at work. They work hard to make their chain hotel fit into the mom & pop cowboy world of Bandera, and they do a great job. Once again, the people working at this hotel, at this time, are fantastic, and it is the people who make a business what it is. Would come back for sure.

The location was great and the staff were pleasant.

It was not nice enough to justify the price. The bed was not comfortable, the AC was sporadic and noisy, and there were amenities you would expect at that price (like bottled water) that were not present.
