Hotel DeSoto

Staff is great and location is safe.

The room and location was okay.

The manager I'm assuming who works everyday all day all night,Don't have no professionalism about herself. First encounter checking in she was rude i let that slide then after numerous attempts about housekeeping she finally say she short handed so I had no other choice but to put my trash outside the room instead of her telling me she told someone she should ban me ,which is crazy to me .of course I ask her what's the problem she say ur putting trash outside ur room and I said yes we stayed 3days with no housekeeping, we barely could ask for towels u had attitude. I HAVE STAYED IN HIGH END HOTELS AND NEVER GOT QUESTIONED BOUT NO TRASH OUTSIDE THAT DOOR.,BUT ALSO NEVER STAYED AND WAS TOLD I SHOULD BAN YOU.LET ME SAY THIS ME/MY FAMILY BAN OURSELVES FROM EVERY STAYING AT THIS HOTEL,I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE FRONT DESK WORKER RUDNESS/No Good Customer Service here!!!!!I wouldn't give a dollar to this hotel until she is gone,I mean BAN...

The Hotel was Clean and the Price was very reasonable.
