The location and house design was perfect

Aircon only a split system in living room

Amazing location – walking distance to the centre of Byron and all the main beaches. Being right next to the Top Shop cafe was very convenient too! Beautiful rooms and pool, and fabulous facilities!

We loved the property. It was spacious and clean with all the modern facilities that were needed for a girl's getaway

Great communication in the lead up to arrival. Really impressed with the company employees who looked after us. Decor is modern and super comfortable and inviting living spaces to enjoy the house to the fullest. Pool is perfect. You can order from the cafe from your phone and then get a text alerting you it's ready for pick up! Brilliant!

The cafe fires up early in the morning so it can be noisy in the early hours. Very hot upstairs but they have windows from all directions for a beautiful cross breeze.

Location was excellent

The couches upstairs were a bit dirty . Had no power one night to half the house which was no one’s fault and addressed promptly

Great house for a large family with teenagers. Plenty of space. large rooms. Clean, fresh and well appointed. Alot to like!

Very minor feedback for improvement ....A large family comes with lots of equipment (boards/bikes etc). Storing bikes securely on the deck area wasn't terrific (wet). Access to a garaged or undercover area would be helpful I am a tea drinker (no teapot or sieve) Tricky one but I think that allowing sufficient wifi for Netflix/Disney etc is probably appropriate for a high end property.
