Property was really clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine for our overnight stay. Just needed somewhere clean and easy to get to.

It’s not a huge hotel which I like a lot

The loose toilet. How no One cleaned my room or even brought clean towels in or dumped my trash. Which when I addressed my concerns was told that my not 2 people for housekeeping were on duty on Monday. I understand things happen however an apology would have suffice the reason why the room wasn’t cleaned is not a good reason or good look to tell a customer. In the end I received the towels and declined having someone to come dump the trash or Clean the room I had to shower and get to my even run time

Great customer service, cleanliness, Breakfast was ok. I like that the lobby has games.

I prefer a more cozy feel. This had more of a studio apartment feel that I don’t recall when I stayed in a Tru before. No “real space” for clothing, luggage.

Clean Great service, room was ready earlier so we got to check in sooner than expected. Smelled great Had lots of games in lobby area Lobby area was relaxing Breakfast was great too
