入住時空調壞了，跟櫃臺人員反應後，有提供電風扇，還好開窗有降溫。 服務是好的，可惜飯店設施老舊⋯ 禢禢米坐墊看起來很舊

Great location for train station and outlet is nearby. The staff speak little English but very attentive to assist. The bathroom is shared not en-suite. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

"Karuizawa only good for outlets and ski resorts?"

The small resort hotel reopens strictly at 4pm for check-in… We were sort of stranded in the cold as we arrived at Karuizawa early slightly after lunchtime, we couldn’t even deposit our luggages as the hotel main doors were locked… Then hotel will be closed again from 11pm to 6am, there’s nothing much to do in Karuizawa after dark to speak of… Otherwise all were fine with expected Japanese-run standards. Onsen was good as praised in reviews.
