Easy access, very clean and comfortable. The place is beautiful and in an excellent location.

Only problem, there wasn't a bottle opener 🙈

Location

We recently stayed at the accommodation in Seville as a group of three. Unfortunately, we experienced several serious issues that significantly affected our stay. One of the beds had not been prepared at all. Even worse, the bed still had dirty sheets from previous guests: completely wrinkled, covered in hair, and with a visible bloodstain. This is not only unhygienic but completely unacceptable. Since it was already very late, I was unable to reach anyone for assistance and was forced to sleep using towels both as a mattress cover and a blanket. This situation prevented me from getting any rest, which is entirely unreasonable for accommodation that was booked to provide comfort and relaxation. In addition, the room had a strong musty smell, and the shower did not drain properly, water stayed in the tray and the drain was completely blocked. These issues only added to the poor condition of the apartment.

The swimming pool wasn't ready for use as it was dirty. We also had a clogged sink in the bathroom on arrival. The location is good, but rather loud. A lot of noise in the mornings and the room door rattled whenever someone entered the building.

Not as advetised, 1 bedroom not 2. Roof pool photos also incorrect I thought i had booked the penthouses suite, fauls representation.
