The hotel is nice. When we got in the room was warm didn’t think anything of it cause the air wasn’t on and we got in pretty late Friday night but then my family and I need to get ready early in the am and there was a water issue and water was off till 2pm. Which I understand things happen and it was being addressed no reason to be upsetBut we got back to our room the water was on but our ac was not working it was 79 degrees in the room so we called downstairs asked them to have someone check the ac no one came we called again 2 hours later the front desk was sorry and said she call and tell the maintenance to come up, 2 hours later my husband had go down to the deck to see if we could a fan but instead the lady at the desk was so apologetic and gave us a new room cause the maintenance guy left. Other then ac problem the room where great and spacious .

The water pipes broke upon waking up n had to hurry to switch to other hotel for the day to make it to setting up for a wedding. It was very stressfull.
