Convenient

Breakfast was cold, and they had cereal and oatmeal but not milk. Pool was not heated, and none of the employees knew if it was fixed. Implying that either poor communication and/or lack of company poor repair and upkeep. No one at the desk or answering the phone. Had to try several times to get towels and bedding.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was great and hotel is very clean!!! Wonderful place to stay!!!

The personnel (front desk and breakfast) at this location was very welcoming.

This hotel was not a winner for us. The room, a King room, was spacious but empty. It had the bed, which desperately needed a new mattress, a desk chair, and a desk (and a microwave and mini fridge). I asked for another chair so both of us could sit down. Not available. I asked for a collapsible luggage rack to put our suitcase on. Not available. I asked for the final price of the room with taxes. Not available until after audit (note that I booked thru Marriott's app). I asked for the side door to work with my electronic key. Not possible; the exterior door lock "must be going out and I don't know how to fix it". The bathroom wall coverings were peeling off. The floor had a soft spot in it. The electronic key worked for the fitness center - if you tried it several times. The fitness center was also a store room and had exactly one treadmill, one stationery bike, and one elliptical, with one rack of weights. Don't bother staying here; I felt as if management is doing the very bare minimum and they don't care all that much about the guests, actually. It was not a good night.
