Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Morristown

They let me check in early. The room was lovely. The pool was such a relaxation perk. Staff were fantastic.

Room 307 had a broken window it turns out. Room was very damp and humid due to this. It was like sleeping outside. Terrible experience.

I used advance check-in, at first this was not recognized, but the desk clerk was kind and professional and got us in a room right away. The mattress was somewhat firm for a little old lady and I kept waking up.The reason for the frequent wakeup may have been the mattress, or it might have been the people in lead boots above us moving furniture all night. The breakfast lady was outstanding, and the breakfast itself was fine except for the lack of fresh fruit. Overall, it was a good motel for travelers.

Clean. Staff wonderful, friendly, very helpful to this disabled person.

Pool water could be clearer underwater.

Room was a little musky. No housecleaning
