Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Morristown

When I arrived the AC was broke in my room, it was 86 degrees both days I was checked in. All they could offer was a fan which only blew hot air around and we were sweaty and miserable after a 6 hour drive. The room was also covered in stink bugs, as I was trying to lay down they were flying around my head. Staff said all they could do was flush them down the toilet. They were able to switch me rooms the next afternoon. But could not offer me anything for my inconvenience. When showering, I notice shaved hair all over the shower walls. The trash cans inside and outside the building were overflowing and stunk horribly. This was my first time staying at a Fairfield and will not ever be back.

Indoor pool, but it was supposed to be heated and wasn't

No AC in a stifling hot room. Front desk clerk obviously didn't like her job. Poor communication. Tried two days in a row to reach a manager with no success. Breakfast bar lady was trying as hard as she could, but food was very limited.

Nice hotel. We only had a quick overnight stay.

I enjoyed my short stay. The WiFi never worked the entire time I was there however. The front desk just asked me to "forget" the network and try again, and offered no further fixes. I'm a member of the Marriott Bonvoy club and it's supposed to guarantee free Wi-Fi to members. Regardless, I was pleased by the staff that I interacted with and would probably stay again in the future.
