The space of the room, the hot tub, the location from the highway, the design of the hotel and furnishings, the filtered water in the room and lemon water in each floor lobby.

The walls are thin. We heard the people in the next room moving things around, heard their TV, and showering. Breakfast choices were rather lackluster. Yes, no mention of the additional parking fee when checking in or checking out.

There was an additional charge for parking and for the pet fee that we were not aware of.

Grandkids love the pool. The breakfast was nice and healthy stuff was very helpful. Everything was nice and clean. We will be back to stay there in the

No complaints

The breakfast is exceptional. The location, while not downtown is very close. The staff is exceedingly friendly. The happy hour and other afternoon guest events makes one feel at home. They even have a nice guest laundry and a nice selection of snacks and adult beverages for purchase. I've done two previous reviews of the Element that included some minor annoyances. Let me now state that they remedied them completely.

I can't think of anything to complain about.

All of the staff, and I mean ALL of them, were exceptionally pleasant and informed and helpful.

The quilt (plus two sheets) on the bed is simply too warm. I like to sleep at 67 degrees, and at that temperature two sheet is not enough and the quilt is far too much. The room would have been perfect if only I had a thin blanket to substitute for the heavy quilt.

Clean and quiet. Nice staff.

Our curtains were messed up, broken or something. Did not affect our stay.
