Clean friendly staff great accommodations. We had a covered smoking area for those of us to do smoke over I give it a 10 out of 10.

The staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast was good, well-stocked, and incredibly clean. During our stay, the room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The decor is modern. Overall a very nice 5-night stay.

Booked room after the AC broke in our nearby condo. Price was inflated for Goodyear in July, but thought it would be worth it to have a nice place to stay with AC, pool, breakfast. Then a dust storm closed the pool, and the water got shut off. Neither the hotel's fault, but $166/night in Goodyear on a weeknight in the summer is a bit stiff for such a poor experience. Management provided a weak apology, but I really expected a Marriott Credit to my Bonvoy Account which was not offered. I think I'll go with Hilton from now on.

"great place bar wasnt open though "

Everything was good except they advertise a bar being open and it was closed we only stayed one night we were planning on having a cocktail but it wasnt an option
