USThe house was very comfortable and clean! My spouse worked remotely for part of the time and the house layout allowed us to spread out during those times. Also, it was in a great location; close to downtown, shops, grocery stores and Culloden Battlefield.
Everything was great - only thing that would make it *perfect* was if it had hooks to hangup clothes/towels in the bathroom and shelves in the shower to set shampoo/conditioner/etc (had to place on the floor). Also, as an fyi, the entrance to the property was a tight squeeze for our rental car.
USIt was lovely to learn that milk and cereal were provided along with a welcome gift of wine and shortbread. The cottage is lovely with beautiful windows and garden. The book was very helpful in telling us where the grocery store was located.
One suggestion is to possibly to send a short video demonstrating how to unlock the door along with the documents you sent in the email.
GBThe location of Culduthel Cottage is ideal: a quiet, attractive and tranquil area on the edge of Inverness - yet only a few minutes drive (or 10 minutes walk) from the centre with all its faciliities. The 'cottage' is in fact a substantial bungalow - completely private, and entirely surrounded by its own spacious garden (with timber decking and summer house). The facilites within the property, which itself is immaculately clean, are excellent and moreover represent extremely good value for money. My booking was on the part of my own family members from Norway and France - who stayed here while touring the Highlands. They have extensive experience of renting accommodation when on holiday (plus rent out properties themselves as hosts) and found both the overall standard here and price remarkable. Definitely recommend

Two bathrooms would have been better for our party of 5. The bathroom needed something to put shampoo, etc. on.
