Appartamenti Guana

We had very good stay. The apartment is located very close to the ski stations and restaurants. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Very easy process of collecting and returning the keys. The office is located next to the apartment, and the people at the reception were very helpful.

The property was located centrally, close to the ski school and the drag-lift, which could take you up to ski down to the main chairlift. You could also walk across to the other side of the valley as the “bridge” was close by the property. The apartment was quite modern and spacious enough The wardrobes in the bedrooms were also pretty big. The car park was just 50 meters away. (You could choose the underground slot, if you wanted). The office staff were very friendly and helpful.

The strange smell was lingering in the apartment (perhaps from the drainage system) for the whole duration of our stay. The sofa in the “living room” was very uncomfortable and very difficult to transform into bed. There was only one mirror (in the toilet). The radiator in the toilet was hot only in the 1/3 of its size, and there were no other ones as there was a floor heating (the latter we actually enjoyed).

Bathroom lock was not working.parking for car is little bit narrow.

The people at the Ereggi office were helpful and efficient. The appartment was as described. The furniture was new, the heating was very efficient, the kitchen fully equiped.

There were no cleaning materials either for us humans or for the kitchen. It is absolutely disappointing that for a >2K Euro appartment the owners/operators did not think to spend 20 Euros and provide for some soaps, shampoo and kitchen detergent, or even a few additional toilet paper rolls!

Good central location.

Cleanliness of apartment could’ve been improved. Limited supply of towels and toilet roll with no renewal. No dishwasher pods. No cloths for cleaning/drying. No washing up liquid. Very basic ski/boot storage facility. Heating/hot water turned off day before departure.

Magnifique appartement 4 personnes rénové. Situation au calme et accessible à tout. Seul petit bémol au niveau de l'équipement cuisine qui devait être revu. Aucune rape légumes (carottes, courgettes, concombre) Ni à fromage (parmesan) N'hésitez pas... vous ne serez pas déçu.... merci à Expédia et merci à l'agence Erregi Livigno pour votre dévouement
