Friendly staff, excellent food, very comfortable room which was clean and very well equipped with fridge, fan etc. The quirky attention to detail of the hotel's interior design.

The lift was very small. I would have preferred a full English breakfast also.

Old building which is great however - poor sealing on windows so noise outside easily heard throughout the night. I am sure when more investment is made this will change but loved it all the same.

The location was amazing. Great view from the bedroom which was huge!

Really good location and great views from the front of the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was decent size. Bed was comfortable and despite it being a dog friendly hotel there was no smell of dogs as there can be with dog friendly places.

Windows didnt block out a lot of noise, room was quite stuffy and fan placed in there was very noisy, would benefit from a better quality fan to minimise noise. Breakfast would benefit from a way to warm the pastries up as quite chewy when cold.

Friendly staff. Hotel is in an excellent location. Loved the relax room with complimentary drinks great place to chill after a long walk

Location is good for event held in town

It was very loud. Karaoke from bar below was very loud and you could hear seagulls all night, windows are single glazed. Very long spiral staircase to get to the room, dingy and steep. No sign above the door, we were walking in circles and so were other guests trying to find the place
