ソファの下が汚かったです。 6泊ほどしたので掃除機なども置いていただけると助かります。

３名宿泊で予約しているのに、布団が２組しかなく、一人はソファーを別途に切替えて宿泊するしかなかった。 固定電話だけの案内だったため、緊急連絡先が欲しかった。メールでも連絡したが、返信が無かった。 翌日にこちらが連絡して初めて布団を持ってきてくれたが、今後のために緊急連絡先も設定されておくことを提案したいです。
